1, Please do not sell the product as genuine. The act is a fraudulent crime, and we are not responsible for any issues.

2, Please do not use the items if you receive damaged items. Take photos and contact us. We will send new items to you.

3, It usually takes 2-3 days after dispatching the parcel to update the logistics information. Please keep calm and contact us first if the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 days. We will communicate with the logistics provider and give you timely feedback.

4, We will resend the items for you free of charge if the items are lost or seized by customs. (This situation rarely happens)
